Customer Support Agent Sri Lanka


We are looking for Customer Support Agents for our Sri Lanka office.


You will be responsible for communication with local customers and for handling incidents and service requests related to our software. 

You will work closely with Sales Executives and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails and chat requests
  • Receive, record, and classify incidents and service requests
  • Take immediate action to support issue resolution
  • Log incidents and service requests accurately in the system
  • Own incidents and service requests throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers
  • Inform users about the status of their incidents at agreed intervals

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to cooperate with sales and other internal teams
  • Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn
  • English at a top communicative level
