Global Client Onboarding Consultant (Trainee)
We are looking for a Global Client Onboarding Consultant based in Prague for our hotel clients worldwide, with occasional international travel.

Who we are HotelTime Solutions is a Czech technology company developing cloud-based solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and conference venues. Our products (HotelTime, Vento, Libero, Confero) are used by clients in the Czech Republic and abroad.
About the role This position is for people from the hospitality industry who want to move into technology. You'll start in customer support – learning our systems from the inside. After completing internal certification, you'll take on your own implementation projects and train clients. The role also includes business travel within the Czech Republic and internationally (approx. 10% of working time).
What you'll do
- Configuration and setup of our products and integrations (accounting, channel manager, payment terminals, IPTV and more)
- Client communication via phone, email and ticketing system (FreshDesk)
- Managing implementation projects according to internal methodology
- Training clients - online and in person, in Czech and English
- Collaborating with Product, DEV and IT teams on testing new features
- Creating manuals and educational materials
Who we're looking for
- Min. 2 years of proven hospitality experience – required (combination of two areas: hotel, restaurant, F&B, conference, spa, events is an advantage)
- You speak Czech and English at approximately C1 level (both used daily)
- You're interested in technology or looking to move into it
- Strong communication skills, independence and attention to detail
